After winning a Best Nursery Student Award

at an agricultural college, Dieter began raising macadamia seedlings to address the lack of

quality trees available to farmers.

 

With his father’s encouragement, he built a nursery focused on strong root systems, careful propagation and long-term orchard success.

Demand grew rapidly. What began as a family operation expanded into several large nursery structures, supplying thousands of trees and supporting growers across the region.
