1. Overview
These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases made via our website.

We supply:
Pure, raw honey.

Nursery-grown trees:

• Macadamia trees (available for shipping, subject to conditions).

• Other species (currently not available for shipping).

Wholesale supply (approved customers only).

Digital products.
Custom / made-to-order products.
By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and associated policies.

2. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

You are entitled to remedies where goods:

• Are not of acceptable quality.

• Do not match the description.

• Fail to meet consumer guarantees.

3. Product Information
Due to the nature of our products:
 

• Honey

         May vary in colour, flavour, and texture.
         May naturally crystallise over time.

• Nursery Trees

         They are living products and vary in size, structure, and stage.
         Images are indicative only.
         These are natural variations and not faults.

4. Orders
Orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
We may cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, or regulatory constraints.
Order confirmation is provided via email.

5. Pricing
All prices are in AUD.
GST is included unless stated otherwise.
Prices may change without notice.
Wholesale pricing:
Requires approval.
Is subject to minimum order quantities.

6. Payment
Payment must be made in full before dispatch.
Orders will not be processed until payment is cleared.

7. Title & Risk
Ownership transfers upon full payment.
Risk transfers at dispatch.

8. Honey Products – Important Notes
By purchasing honey, you acknowledge:
Crystallisation is natural and not a defect.
Honey is not suitable for infants under 12 months.
Storage conditions affect quality.

9. Nursery Trees – Important Notes
Plant performance depends on care and environmental conditions.
We do not guarantee growth success after delivery.
Suitability for the location is the customer’s responsibility.

10. Biosecurity Compliance (Plants)
The movement of live plants within Australia is regulated under state and federal biosecurity laws.

Current Availability
Macadamia trees: Available for shipping, subject to biosecurity and shipping conditions.
All other nursery trees: Not currently available for shipping.
Orders for these products will not be fulfilled for delivery.

Shipping Restrictions (Macadamia Trees)
We do not ship plants to Western Australia (WA) or Tasmania (TAS).
Orders placed for delivery to these states will be cancelled and refunded, unless pre-approved in writing.
Other Regions

For all other states and territories:
Certain movements may still be restricted depending on local regulations.
Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable state biosecurity requirements.
Our Rights

We reserve the right to:
Refuse, delay, or cancel plant orders where compliance cannot be met.
Modify orders to meet regulatory or operational requirements.
Cancel and refund orders that cannot legally be fulfilled.

11. Shipping Policy
Current Status:
Honey products: shipped Australia-wide.
Macadamia trees: available for shipping (subject to restrictions).
Other nursery trees: not currently shipped.

Important Notes (Macadamia Trees)
Shipping may be delayed due to weather or plant health considerations. Dispatch timing may vary to ensure plant viability.
Customers must be available to receive and care for plants upon arrival.

12. Returns & Refunds
Returns are handled in accordance with ACL and our policy framework.

Honey Products
Refunds or replacements are provided where required under law.
Change-of-mind returns are not guaranteed.

Nursery Trees (Macadamia Only)
Due to the perishable nature of live plants, returns are limited.Any issues must be reported promptly upon delivery.
Outcomes will be assessed in line with the Australian Consumer Law.

Custom Orders
Deposits are generally non-refundable once production begins. Cancellations may not be possible.

Digital Products
Non-refundable once delivered, except as required by law.

13. Digital Products
Where supplied:
Delivered electronically.
Non-refundable after access (subject to ACL).
Licensed for personal or business use only.
Not to be copied, resold, or redistributed.

14. Custom & Made-to-Order Products
Includes propagated nursery stock grown to order.
Lead times apply.
Deposits may be required.
Orders cannot be changed once production begins.

15. Wholesale Supply
Available to approved customers only.
Subject to minimum order quantities.
May be revoked at any time.

16. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Liability is limited to replacement, refund, or resupply.

17. Intellectual Property
All website content is owned by Macmandu and may not be used without permission.
