Melaleuca Quinquenervia Honey – Clarence Valley

Harvested from the paperbark forests of the Clarence Valley, this distinctive local honey offers a bold expression of Australia’s native flora. Dark amber in colour, Melaleuca (Tea Tree) honey is known for its rich, full-bodied flavour with a slightly sharper, more robust edge than lighter honeys.

Naturally thick with a tendency to candy into a fine, creamy texture, it delivers a unique taste profile that stands out—earthy, complex, and unmistakably Australian. Produced from the nectar of Melaleuca blossoms, this honey reflects the wetland landscapes where these trees thrive.

Presented in a 400g glass jar and 1kg tub, it makes a thoughtful and authentic gift—perfect for those who appreciate raw, local produce with character and provenance.

      Creamy

I recently tried the Macadamia & Clover blossom honey and it was an unexpected delightful experience. The texture is beautifully creamy, melting incredibly smooth. What really stood out was the refreshing floral aftertaste. It adds a light, uplifting finish that makes each taste feel unique.
