Pink Bloodwood Honey
Pink Bloodwood Honey – Macmandu Local Clarence Valley
Corymbia intermedia
Harvested from the flowering Pink Bloodwood trees of the Clarence Valley, this honey is a bold reflection of our local bushland. Deep amber in colour with a rich, full-bodied flavour, it carries notes of caramel, warm spice, and a subtle eucalyptus finish distinctive to this native species.
Packed in a 400g glass jar and 1kg tub, it’s presented simply and sustainably—protecting the purity, aroma, and character of the honey exactly as it comes from the hive.
Produced in small batches by Macmandu, this is raw, local honey with minimal processing, retaining its natural enzymes, pollen, and flavour complexity. Each jar varies slightly with the season, capturing the conditions of the flowering and the landscape at the time of harvest.
